Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT (2nd Shift)

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring reliable and hardworking team members for Box Loader/Unloader positions in West Jordan. This role is ideal for individuals who perform well in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and are motivated by performance-based pay.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading freight while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety throughout the process.

Loading Responsibilities:

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading)
• Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanners
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Ensure loads are organized, secure, and handled efficiently
  
  

Unloading Responsibilities:

• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
  
  

Compensation:

• Performance-based pay: $150–$200 per day
• Paid per trailer / per case loaded or unloaded
• Average earnings: $15–$25 per hour
• Top performers can earn $25–$35 per hour
• Increased productivity leads to higher earnings
  
  

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• 10-hour shifts (4-day workweek)
• Additional weekday hours may be available as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Capable of sustained physical work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required
