Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT

Freight Breakers LLC is currently hiring motivated and reliable team members for Box Loader/Unloader positions in West Jordan. This is a physically active role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by performance-based pay.

Job Overview

As part of our team, you will play a key role in efficiently moving freight in and out of trailers while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Loading Responsibilities:

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading)
• Scan packages into the trailer using handheld devices
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Ensure loads are organized, secure, and handled efficiently
  
  

Unloading Responsibilities:

• Unload boxes from trailers onto a conveyor system
• Scan packages and sort them into designated cages
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume workflow
  
  

Compensation:

• Performance-based pay: $150–$200 per day
• Paid per trailer / per case loaded or unloaded
• Average earnings: $15–$25 per hour
• Top performers can earn $25–$35 per hour
• The more efficiently you work, the more you earn
  
  

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 10-hour shifts (4-day workweek)
• Occasional weekend work as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Capable of sustained physical activity for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
