2nd Shift Monday to Thursday 10hr shifts

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This full-time position is ideal for people who enjoy physically active work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Position Summary

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you will help ensure the efficient movement of freight by loading and unloading trailers while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Loading Duties

• Load boxes by hand from a conveyor into trailers using floor-loading methods.
• Scan packages into trailers with handheld scanners.
• Transport cages between staging areas and workstations.
• Organize freight to maximize trailer space and maintain secure loads.
  
  

Unloading Duties

• Remove boxes from trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.
• Scan and sort packages into the appropriate cages.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy.
  
  

Compensation

• Performance-based pay per trailer and per case loaded or unloaded.
• Average earnings range from $16–$25 per hour.
• High-performing team members can earn $25–$35 per hour.
• Greater productivity can result in increased earnings.
  
  

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday
• 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Capable of lifting and carrying 5–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to perform continuous physical labor throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation is required.
