Box Loader/Unloader – Full-Time | West Jordan, UT

What You'll Do

As a Box Loader/Unloader, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight throughout the warehouse. Your daily duties will include:

• Loading boxes from conveyor belts into trailers.
• Unloading freight from trailers onto conveyor systems.
• Scanning packages using handheld barcode scanners.
• Sorting freight into designated rolling cages.
• Building organized, secure trailer loads.
• Following safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
  
  

Pay

• Performance-based compensation (paid per trailer and case).
• Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour.
• Top performers regularly earn $25–$35 per hour.
• Your earnings grow with your productivity.
  
  

Schedule

• Night Shift
• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts each week.
• Additional weekend hours may be available when needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
