We are looking for an Data Entry/Admin to join our team in Ocala, FL
Job Description:
- The Data entry portion primarily deals with Payroll.
- Our associates are paid per trailer, those trailers/associates are tracked on a spreadsheet. That spreadsheet then has to be entered into payroll one trailer at a time.
- We have other positions that are hourly and those need to be entered in as well.
- Build professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.
- Maintain employee files and paperwork.
Job Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment. Entry level are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products.
- Excellent research and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule.
