Freight 2 U AZ, LLC. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Freight Scheduling Coordinator to support daily transportation and logistics operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipment schedules, communicate with carriers and customers, and ensure freight is delivered efficiently and on time. Responsibilities
- Coordinate freight pickups and delivery schedules using transportation management systems (TMS)
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment updates and scheduling
- Track freight movements and proactively resolve delays or operational issues
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, rate confirmations, and freight documentation
- Assist with dispatch operations and route planning
- Support billing coordination and operational reporting
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and operational support
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or customer support preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and email communication
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, and transportation management systems
- Experience working with trucking companies or freight brokers
- Knowledge of freight operations, scheduling, and routing terminology
- Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus
