- Knowledge of Finance
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications and licenses in the insurance industry are a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly beneficial
