Monday – Friday
DEPARTMENT
Rural Health Clinic (Fairfield/float)
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Perform administrative support tasks to include but not limited to operating the switchboard; schedule, update and maintain appointments; greet and direct patients and visitors to appropriate departments; process incoming and outgoing mail, messages and courier services; file and maintain records; provide education on patient portal.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Moderate/extensive computer skills
Must be fluent in English
EXPERIENCE
Basic knowledge of routine office procedures and equipment
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality
