DESCRIPTION
Position Summary
Perform a full range of RN duties in accordance with assignment under the task order including patient assessment and monitoring; use of patient monitoring and treatment equipment; appropriate nursing care, procedures and treatments; execution of physicians’ orders within the guidelines of standard nursing practice; documentation of patient care and observations; patient education and emotional support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited Nursing Program
Current license by the Texas Board of Nursing
Current BLS
Current ACLS (required within 1 year of employment)
Must be fluent in English
Experience
Minimum of one year Medical/Surgical experience recommended
