We are currently seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and kind-hearted Certified Residential Medication Aides (CRMAs) to join our clinical team for evening and night shifts. As a CRMA, you are a vital link in our residents' daily wellness.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Attentive Care: Assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility with dignity and respect.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Observing residents for any changes in physical, mental, or emotional well-being and communicating updates promptly to the nursing supervisor.
- Community & Connection: Building meaningful relationships with residents, offering a listening ear, a warm smile, and a helping hand.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Certification: Valid State of Maine CRMA certification is required.
- Experience: Previous experience working in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care is a big plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn matter most!
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Heart: A genuine passion for working with the elderly population and a reliable, team-first mindset.
