Position Overview
We’re hiring an Operations Team Lead to help run day-to-day operations, manage crews, and ensure every job is completed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage junk removal crews on job sites
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Communicate with customers professionally on-site
- Oversee loading, hauling, and disposal processes
- Train new team members and maintain team performance
- Maintain equipment, trucks, and job readiness
- Problem-solve on the fly and handle daily operations
