Tow Truck Operator – Freeman’s Towing

Hudson Valley, NY | Multiple Locations

Freeman’s Towing is a family-owned, multi-location towing company proudly serving the Hudson Valley. We handle a mix of police calls, AAA roadside assistance, and private property tows, and we take pride in providing professional, customer-focused service on every call.

We are currently seeking professional tow truck operators who take pride in their work, appearance, and attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to police, AAA, and private towing calls
• Safely operate tow trucks and equipment
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers in stressful situations
• Complete required paperwork and electronic dispatch tasks
• Represent Freeman’s Towing with professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Tow endorsement required
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid DOT medical card
• Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Professional appearance and customer-service mindset are a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proximity to the NYS Thruway is a plus

Requirements

• Subject to background check and drug testing
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
