We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Spotify Ads, StackAdapt, and others as needed. Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, ideally managing accounts with over 1000 SKUs is preferred.
This role requires a digital advertising professional with a strategic, critical-thinking mindset and the ability to operate independently, while also collaborating closely with senior team members and specialists. The Digital Media Manager will combine technical proficiency with strong communication skills to deliver impactful advertising strategies and insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy and Execution
a. Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple ad platforms to achieve client business objectives.
b. Craft multi-channel advertising strategies that drive measurable results and align with client goals.
2. Collaboration and Communication
a. Partner with Digital Account Managers and other team members to provide holistic client insights and growth opportunities.
b. Present complex ideas clearly and effectively in-person, in decks, emails, and reports.
3. Analysis and Reporting
a. Pull meaningful data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, crafting thoughtful, action-oriented insights.
b. Demonstrate how multiple advertising channels work together to accomplish client business objectives.
4. Client-Focused Problem Solving
a. Serve as a client-facing resource, solving problems creatively and distilling complex information into actionable insights.
b. Balance a results-oriented focus with attention to detail to exceed client expectations
Qualifications
● 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising with a demonstrated track record of success.
● Deep working knowledge of major ad platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, with some familiarity in other platforms, including programmatic DSPs and emerging platforms, such as TikTok Ads.
● Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, ideally managing accounts with over 1000 SKUs.
● Experience working with a feed management platform and running Shopping or Dynamic Product Ads (DPA).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and craft actionable recommendations.
● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
● Results-driven critical thinker with a passion for solving problems and achieving measurable outcomes.
● Ability to work independently, with direction from senior staff, while maintaining a collaborative approach.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
