Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a crew of 1-5 members on residential landscaping projects
- Oversee irrigation system installation and landscape construction tasks
- Operate and maintain equipment necessary for irrigation and landscaping
- Conduct site assessments to plan and execute project workflows
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures on job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and project updates
- Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project schedules and resources for timely completion
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in irrigation or landscaping industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in irrigation system design and installation
