Job Title: Analyst – Change Management / IT Consulting
Location: San Diego, CA (Full Remote)
Salary: USD 50,000 – 60,000 annually performance-based bonus
Reports to: Senior Consultant / Project Manager

Role Overview
As an Analyst, you will work closely with senior consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients. This is an entry-level role designed to equip you with the skills, tools, and frameworks necessary to become a successful consultant.
Key Responsibilities
• Support project teams in change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning
• Assist in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution documentation
• Conduct research and prepare client-ready materials (presentations, reports)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in workshops and training sessions
• Learn and leverage Freedom’s proprietary project assets and educational content
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, business/IT preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn consulting methodologies and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
