- Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour (shift differentials included)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- Full-Time: $17,500
- Part-Time: $9,500

Qualifications
- Current State of Michigan RN License (required)
- Passion for senior care and hospitality-focused service
- Ability to respond to emergencies as needed
- Strong communication and leadership skills

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and nursing best practices
- Monitor resident health and behavioral changes
- Develop, update, and reassess individualized care plans
- Supervise and support Resident Assistants / Quality of Life Specialists
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Communicate daily updates to the Director of Health Services
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Salary : $2,500 - $5,000
