Freedom Village is recruiting for a licensed and hospitality focused LPN or RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Part-time sign-on bonus $9,500 and the full-time bonus is set at $17,500!

Full- time and Part-time available – 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

Additional annual Retention Bonus of $2500 - $5000

Salary: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour (shift differentials are included)

Schedule

1st shift: 6am - 2pm

2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm

3rd shift: 10pm - 6am

Freedom Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN or RN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
