The Concierge Manager oversees, manages and directs the main Front Desk activities for transportation, security and receptionist needs.

Located just blocks from charming downtown Holland with its boutique shopping and vibrant art scene, Freedom Village retirement community in Holland, MI offers a wide variety of elegantly appointed residential options, a wealth of exceptional services and amenities, and a full calendar of fun, engaging activities—all minutes from the beaches of Lake Michigan!

Salary: $24.00 per hour
Qualifications: Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified and have a valid driver's license. High School degree, supervisory experience or equivalent with five years related experience or training.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Perform routine preventive maintenance on vehicles according to schedule. Keep vehicles clean. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for handling luggage and resident groceries. May be exposed to the elements (rain, snow, cold, heat) for short periods of time. Must have good driving skills in handling vehicles on wet and/or slippery roads.
