Our expert Plant Operations team is looking for someone to manage all aspects of small or less complex facility design, construction, or maintenance projects.

Duties

• Coordinates work activities of internal design, maintenance staff, contractors and subcontractors to ensure delivery of assigned unit turnover projects.
• Responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery.
• Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines or other performance indicators and prepares ad delivers reports to the Plant Operations Director.
• Selects , obtains and uploads bids for the approval process and manages hen schedules of external consultants or vendors.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher- level staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a working knowledge of unit turnover projects.
• 2-4 years of constructions management experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Ability to identify ad seek needed information / research skills as well as project scheduling and project management skills.
