Food Server - Fine Dining

***POSITION BASED IN LONG ISLAND, NEW YORK***

Our club is located in a rural and beautiful community on the north fork of Long Island nearby to premier vineyards, craft breweries, ocean beaches, and the Hamptons. We're also about 80 miles from New York City.

We offer our members four-star cuisine with exemplary customer service, so we expect our staff to be well-versed in the culinary field.  Fine dining experince is preferred.

We are looking for reliable and trustworthy recruits to join our team as Captains, Servers, and/or Waiters for the 2025 season, starting in May 1 and ending on November 1st.

** EXPERIENCED food and beverage professionals with fine dining restaurant experience are encouraged to apply!**

Requirements

Skills Required:

• Fine dining experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidates with a desire to learn.
  
• Must be able to exhibit a thorough knowledge of the menu and bar items.
  
• Prior experience working with POS systems is needed. This includes entering food orders into the system and assigning correct seat and table numbers.
  
• Must have a great attitude and skilled at providing excellent customer service with a smile!
  
• Have a passion for customer service and hospitality.
  
• Must be neat in appearance, clean shaven, and possess good communication skills.
  
• Display teamwork and be willing to do whatever is needed to support our guests and team members.
  
• Punctuality and reliable work attendance is relied upon and expected.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Commitment to complete short contract which runs from May to November 1, 2025.
  
• Must have a clean look (no visible piercings)
  
• Must be able to speak English
  
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
  
• Must pass comprehensive background check and drug test.
  
• Must be reliable with a good work history.
  

Benefits

• 40 hours/week with opportunity for overtime
