We are looking for several experienced landscaping workers to fill multiple positions for the upcoming season. Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years' experience in Gardening Maintenance & Landscape Maintenance. We're based in beautiful Vermont, so common knowledge of the northern climate zone is helpful, as well as plants and vegetation in the area.
Typical gardening duties include weeding, mulching, pruning, cultivation, edging, watering, etc. Must be able to carry 50lbs.
Landscape maintenance positions must be proficient in using a zero turn mower, blowing and all are subject to trimming.
We have long-standing relationships serving exceptional residential clients, so we are looking for individuals who possess high attention to detail and work professionally.
This position requires a 8-month TEMPORARY RELOCATION TO VERMONT for the 2025 season.

Requirements
Requirements and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance / landscape construction is ideal
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail and quality of work is essential
- Safety conscious
- Knowledge of power equipment
- Proficient with zero-turn mowers
- English is preferred but not required
- Ready to travel in April (openings are available for immediate travel!)
- MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
- MUST PASS A DRUG TEST
- MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVING RECORD TO OPERATE COMPANY VEHICLES
- Complete the contract term from APRIL 15th to NOVEMBER 21st
