What You'll Do
- Welcome members and provide friendly, personalized service
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions accurately
- Assist members with account questions and everyday banking needs
- Help members understand and use our products, services, and digital banking tools
- Listen to members, identify what they need, and connect them with the right person or solution
- Work alongside your teammates to create a positive experience for every member
