What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to members over the phone.
• Answer incoming calls and assist members with account questions, transactions, payments, and everyday banking needs.
• Help members understand and navigate our products, services, and digital banking tools.
• Listen carefully to members, identify their needs, and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Resolve member concerns efficiently while delivering a positive and seamless service experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate members about products and services that may benefit their financial needs.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow established procedures to protect member information.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure members receive timely and effective support.
