This is a full-time, on-site Operations/Inside Sales role located in Savage, MD. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, managing sales tasks, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with operations teams, assisting with project management, and optimizing workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Communication skills to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate processes, improve efficiency, and solve problems effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus
