Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and repair surfaces by plastering or drywall work as required.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various tasks related to painting and surface preparation.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Perform construction estimating to determine the materials needed for each job.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project.
Skills
- Proficiency in residential painting techniques and methods.
- Experience with construction painting projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of caulking, plastering, and drywall
- Ability to use basic math for measurements and calculations related to projects.
- Competence in operating various power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
**TRANSPORTATION & EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS**
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
