Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R principles and appliance repair techniques.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience in welding is a plus.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices is beneficial.
