Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Install Master / Lead Technician based in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves leading HVAC installation projects, ensuring the proper setup and functioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing systems, supervising and training team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- Experience in supervising and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with safety procedures, compliance standards, and the latest HVAC industry practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid HVAC certification and driver’s license required
- Experience in commercial refrigeration is a plus
