Schedule
- Monday-Friday standard schedule
- One weekday on-call rotation (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Weekend on-call rotation approximately every 5th weekend
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients
- Mentor and support caregivers in the field
- Assist with caregiver training and onboarding support
- Complete quality assurance visits and client check-ins
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff
- Support problem-solving for care and scheduling needs
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent client needs
- Attend team meetings and company events
- 1 year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable mentoring and supporting other caregivers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the Mankato and Owatonna areas
- Ability to assist clients with physical caregiving needs
