What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate support
- Travel to and reside in client homes during assignments
- Live-in assignments require residing in the client’s home for the duration of the shift
- Assignments typically range from 2 days to 1 week
- Start time: 11:00 AM on the first day of assignment
- Caregivers remain in the home throughout the assignment providing continuous support
- Live-in or overnight caregiving experience preferred
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Minnesota background study
