Medical Assistant – Outpatient Vascular Clinic (OBL Support)
Full-Time | Phoenix, AZ
True Precision Medical is a growing outpatient vascular and interventional clinic dedicated to improving patients’ quality of life through minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Medical Assistant to join our Outpatient-Based Lab (OBL) team full-time.

What You’ll Do
- Support daily OBL flow to ensure efficient and safe patient care
- Assist with pre-op and post-op care (vitals, patient education, comfort measures)
- Help with chart preparation and ensure documentation is complete and accurate in the EMR
- Send prescriptions, coordinate lab work, and assist with medication inventory/management
- Perform daily refrigerator/log checks and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with patient transport and scheduling coordination as needed
- Support nurses and providers during procedures as appropriate (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming patient environment
What We’re Looking For
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred
- Previous experience in outpatient, surgical, pain, IR, cath lab, or procedural settings is a plus — but not required
- Procedure scheduling experience
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Calm presence under pressure and a positive, patient-first mindset
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- A “whatever it takes to help the patient and support the team” attitude
