Front Office Coordinator
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No weekends or holidays

As we continue to grow , we’re looking for a highly organized, warm, steady, detail-loving Check-Out Coordinator to join our Front Office team.

About the Role
As our Check-Out Coordinator, you are one of the final touchpoints in each patient’s visit: the person who helps them feel cared for, informed, and supported before they walk out the door.
Your work directly impacts:

What You’ll Do
Patient-Facing Duties
Schedule follow-up appointments with accuracy, warmth, and clarity
Answer patient questions and ensure they leave confident about next steps
Make appointment confirmation calls & texts
Help with Check-In overflow when needed (we’re a collaborative team!)
Administrative / Clinic Operations
Process and track VOBs (Verifications of Benefits)
Update insurance information in the EMR as needed
Monitor and respond to HighLevel texts promptly
Support clinic flow by communicating effectively with the team
Uphold patient privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA)

Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Previous experience in a medical office
Strong customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and able to multitask
Familiarity with scheduling, insurance benefits and EMR systems
