Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ripon, CA. As a Residential Fire Sprinkler Manager/Salesperson, you will oversee daily operations related to residential fire sprinkler projects. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading a team, developing project budgets, delivering quotes, and coordinating with various stakeholders. You will also focus on training team members and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality on job sites while driving sales and revenue growth for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships effectively
- People Management skills, including the ability to lead teams and oversee operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Residential Real Estate knowledge relevant to fire protection and sprinkler systems is preferred
- Experience in Budgeting and project cost management
- Training skills to mentor and develop team members
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety on job sites
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Previous work in the fire protection industry or construction is a plus
