-The Basic Responsibilities-
- Managing doctor and clinical team schedules.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Processing patient intake and check out.
- Coordinating appointments.
- Assisting patients in person, over the phone, via email, etc.
- Processing initial treatment payments for patients.
- Processing insurance breakdowns for treatment.
-What Can You Bring To Our Team-
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative role.
- Bilingual- Spanish and English required.
- Experience in dental/doctor office environment preferred.
- Established phone etiquette.
- Detail oriented
