We’re hiring an Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to be the engine behind our sales process—managing leads, supporting deals, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring every customer has a seamless, high-quality experience.
This is a hands-on, in-person role in Anacortes, WA, working with a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced, outdoor recreation environment.
What You’ll Do
Drive Sales from Behind the Scenes
- Manage inbound leads (phone, web, walk-ins, events) and ensure fast follow-up
- Maintain and organize CRM pipeline (tracking, tagging, and next steps)
- Schedule appointments, demos, and boat club tours
- Support sales team with quotes, product info, and deal coordination
Own Listings & Digital Presence
- Create and manage listings on online boat marketplaces
- Write compelling, high-converting boat listings
- Keep inventory, pricing, and media up to date
- Coordinate featured inventory and promotions
Deliver a Premium Customer Experience
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Help guide customers through product options and next steps
- Coordinate deliveries, onboarding, and follow-up communication
- Support both boat buyers and boat club members
Keep Deals Moving
- Prepare sales documents and track deal progress
- Coordinate with service team for rigging, installs, and delivery readiness
- Process titles, registrations, and licensing
- Register warranties and maintain accurate records
Support the Showroom & Events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom
- Assist with merchandising, signage, and inventory presentation
- Support open houses, events, and seasonal promotions
Who You Are
- 3–5 years experience in sales support, inside sales, dealership admin, or similar role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with a computer and current technologies
- Confident communicator (phone, email, in-person)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who thrives in a small team and takes ownership
Valued Skillset (Not Required, But a Strong Advantage):
- Experience working in a CRM system (tracking leads, managing pipelines, follow-ups)
- Familiarity with digital tools that improve efficiency (automation, templates, AI-assisted workflows, etc.)
- Ability to keep systems clean, organized, and actionable for the team
If you’ve used a CRM or similar tools, we encourage you to highlight that experience in your application.
Bonus if you have:
- Marine, powersports, RV, or automotive dealership experience
- Familiarity with boating or the marine industry
- Experience with online marketplaces and digital listings

Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Base Pay:
- $24 – $28 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-time (32 hrs/week)
Incentive Pay (Monthly Bonus Potential):
Designed to reward impact on sales performance, including:
- Lead response time and conversion support
- Sales pipeline contribution and closed deals
- Listing performance and inventory turnover
- Customer experience and follow-up execution
Typical Total Compensation Target:
- $45,000 – $60,000 annually (base incentives)
