Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated provider (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW) who is licensed to practice independently to join our team at Freedom Behavioral Health Solutions. As an clinical therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and families seeking support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities and client preferences.
- Provide ongoing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to address a range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in necessary staffing, team meetings, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.
- Actively engage in outreach, networking, and community education initiatives to promote mental health awareness and expand access to services.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a mental health or behavioral health setting. Must be licensed to provide services independent of a supervisor.
- Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to cultural competence, diversity, and inclusion in clinical practice.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
