SUMMARY
Customer Service Representatives respond to customer inquiries via telephone or face-to-face meetings. Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote Freedom Bank's image and growth, ensuring a strong local presence.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolve problems, open accounts, cross-sell, maintenance of deposit accounts, incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Responds promptly to customer needs.
- Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liasion between other bank departments when necessary.
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the banks' program standards. Opening said accounts on banks' core system.
- Perform customer requested research, including printing statements and check copies.
- Maintain the bank's files for currency transaction reports, suspicious activity reports and general correspondence.
- Assesses the risk of all financial transactions executed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 2 years of related experience in a financial institution.
- Depending on branch location, you may be required to work occasional evening and Saturday hours

- Working knowledge of COCC, Insight is a plus

COMPENSATION
The salary range is commensurate with experience, credentials or expertise.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
