We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative and Backend Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth backend operations and timely closure of support tickets, while also managing scheduling and customer interactions for in-home service of home appliances and televisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, triage, and actively drive closure of pending support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation when needed
- Monitor ticket queues, follow up with stakeholders, and push for accountability to reduce backlog
- Provide backend support to management, including documentation, scheduling, and project coordination
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and clarity
- Generate internal reports to support performance tracking and operational planning
- Draft and send internal and external communications, including follow-ups and status updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to process documentation for onboarding and training
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Full-time, on-site presence required
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage ticket pipelines and backend processes
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented setting
