Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Processor I to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide assistance and support to the loan administration processors and to the lending staff regarding clerical assistance such as provide & process payoffs, preparation of release of liens, pull credit reports, OFAC's and flood determinations, and other duties assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to the loan administration processors and to the lending staff.
- Provide & process payoffs, preparation of release of liens, records legal documentation with e-filing system, pull credit reports, OFAC's and flood determination.
- Scan executed loan packages to Bank's Imaging Systems to Bank's Core System.
- Provide customer service, timely turnaround time with requests from lenders, attorneys, title companies and staff.
- Training provided to communicate policies and legal regulations regarding loan documentation.
- Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations.
- Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML.
- Other tasks and duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Self-driven team member, a High School Diploma or GED and minimum of one to three years prior experience in real estate lending operations.
- Clear understanding of collateral requirements and real estate documentation, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Microsoft, Word, Excel Spreadsheet.
- Flexibility, professionalism, ability to work and perform a variety of tasks.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Good organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is desired.
Training Requirements
- All employees are required to complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function.
- Ensure that actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures.
Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
