Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management and scheduling software. Deliver residential development projects on schedule and within budget while protecting target gross margins and ensuring disciplined execution across construction, contractors, and consultants.
Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software.
- Oversee project coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project specifications are met accurately.
- Monitor project progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to budgets.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques for resource allocation and cost control.
- Manage project documentation, change orders, and contractual obligations effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and productivity.
