What You'll Do
- Present financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options to customers
- Secure financing through a network of lending partners
- Structure deals and complete all contracts accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealership regulations
- Submit deals for funding and resolve any outstanding documentation
- Work closely with the Sales Team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
- Process cancellations and refunds for aftermarket products
- Stay current on lender programs, incentives, and compliance requirements
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive lending and deal structure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Experience with dealership management systems (Tekion preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
