This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer position based in Orlando, FL. The Telemarketer will engage in direct communication with potential clients, discuss and promote FreeCast's offerings, and handle inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales. The Telemarketer will also work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to the company’s growth.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Sales and persuasive skills, including experience in direct customer engagement and objection handling
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Experience in telemarketing, call centers, or a related field is a plus
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
