Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
- Engage in professional conversations, clearly explaining our offerings and value propositions
- Qualify leads by assessing client needs and determining their suitability for our solutions
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments within CRM software such as Salesforce
- Follow up with potential clients as needed to confirm appointments and nurture relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting success rates
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, B2B sales, or inside sales roles with a focus on appointment setting
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking interactions and managing leads
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, outbound calling strategies, and customer service best practices
- Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining a professional attitude
- Demonstrated understanding of technology sales or technical sales concepts is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting activities and follow-ups
