Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Real Estate department in our Minneapolis, MN office. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Review title and survey for sale and purchase transactions, as well as financing transactions.
*Prepare documents to cure title defects.
*Prepare drafts of various real estate documents, such as leases, purchase agreements, easement agreements, and various other real estate documents
*Manage and close real estate sale and purchase transactions and financing transactions.
*Interface with title companies, negotiating terms as necessary.
*Draft conveyance documents and related real estate documents.
*Manage due diligence for sale, purchase, and financing transactions.
*Prepare mechanic's lien statements and handle various types of Torrens proceedings.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Three years' Real Estate Paralegal experience preferred.
*Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload.
*Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A solid understanding of real estate law and core real estate documents and concepts, and experience with title reviews, due diligence, and closings.
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $67,000 - $98,700/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
