The Surgery Client Service Coordinator/Veterinary Assistant serves as both a frontline client advocate and an essential member of the patient care team. This hybrid role combines compassionate client service with hands-on veterinary assistant support to create a seamless experience for pet families while supporting efficient, high-quality patient care.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you are the first face and voice of Partner Veterinary. Your impact in this role comes from communicating with patience, empathy, and an “I can help” approach to both clients and teammates.
