The Insurance Producer will build and manage client relationships, provide personalized insurance solutions, and maintain knowledge of insurance products and industry trends. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, selling various insurance policies, and ensuring excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns. Additional responsibilities involve assisting clients with employee benefits plans and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and policies
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and resolving inquiries
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in industry-related tools and technologies is advantageous
- Relevant licenses (such as a state-issued insurance license) or the willingness to obtain them
