Vice President Finance

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic leader overseeing all financial operations within a manufacturing organization. This role requires a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in corporate and partnership taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial planning. The VP of Finance will partner with executive leadership to drive profitability, ensure fiscal integrity, and support long-term growth initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and manufacturing industry dynamics.

• Provide executive leadership with insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements.

• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to support operational efficiency

• Lead corporate and partnership tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

• Monitor evolving tax laws and regulations, ensuring proactive compliance and risk mitigation.

• Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies

• Partner with manufacturing leadership to optimize cost structures, supply chain finance, and capital projects.

• Provide financial analysis to support pricing strategies, production planning, and expansion initiatives.

• Align financial planning with operational KPIs to enhance productivity and profitability

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• 12 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.

• Strong expertise in corporate and partnership taxation, including compliance and strategic planning.

• Proven track record in regulatory oversight and financial governance.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment.
