Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday – Friday, single-shift plant)

About the Role

Are you a hands-on operations leader ready to take full ownership of a growing, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility? We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to direct day-to-day plant operations, maintenance, and team development at a modern food processing facility in the Bethlehem, PA area.

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will lead a single-shift facility of approximately 100 team members across production lines and maintenance operations. In this role, you will turn production targets into safe, high-quality output while building a resilient, high-performing plant culture.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years’ of food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG), including
• 3 years’ leadership, including managing supervisors
• Strong working knowledge of USDA (FSIS) and/or FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control programs
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, data analytics, and modern reporting tools
