Frederick Fox is partnering with an established financial services company seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead its client support team. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, resolving complex issues, and improving the customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a customer service team.
- Oversee daily service operations and serve as the escalation point for complex inquiries.
- Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate support.
- Track service performance and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and uphold company policies and service standards.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of customer service or client relations experience, including 2 years in leadership.
- Experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, leasing, or banking preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
