What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives
- Participate in comprehensive sales training and development programs
Ideal Background
- 2–6 years of business development or B2B sales experience
- Industry background in facilities services is preferred (e.g., landscaping, HVAC, janitorial, security, pest control, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
