What you'll do
- Provide legal counsel to clients, explaining legal processes and potential outcomes in clear and understandable terms.
- Building strong attorney-client relationships rooted in our core values of transparency, integrity, tenacity, responsibility and compassion.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to secure the best possible settlement for our clients.
- Prepare for and attend trial.
- Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff to ensure efficient case progress.
Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school.
- Active license in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience, including motor vehicle accidents.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
