What You’ll Lead & Own
- Oversee core accounting operations, including financials, revenue, AP, and month-end close
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-person accounting team (with room to build further)
- Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Partner directly with senior leadership on financial strategy and organizational scaling
- Drive accuracy, efficiency, and standardization across the accounting function
What you bring:
- CPA required
- 6–10 years total experience (public industry ideal)
- Strong management skills & ability to delegate
- Experience within a regulated or complex industry
